Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancelling Plus

• You can stop renewing at any time: in the app, Profile → Plus → Stop renewing.
• After you stop renewing, Plus stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. You will not be charged again.
• Stopping renewal does not by itself refund the current period; see below for when a refund applies.
• Deleting your account also cancels any running renewal.

When you can get a refund

• New subscriptions: you can ask for a full refund within [7] days of the first charge of a new subscription. Plus is then revoked straight away.
• Charged in error: duplicate charges, charges after you had already stopped renewing, or charges where Plus was not activated are refunded in full.
• Failed activation: if your payment went through but Plus did not unlock and we cannot fix it, we refund you in full.

When refunds don’t apply

• Renewal charges for a period that has already started, unless charged in error.
• Partly used periods after the refund window above.
• Plans given free of charge (complimentary plans).

How to request a refund

Write to [support@yourdomain.in] from the email or phone number on your account, with the Razorpay payment ID from your receipt (it starts with “pay_”). You can also find your payment history in the app under Profile → Plus.

How long refunds take

Approved refunds are made in full to the original payment method through Razorpay. Banks and UPI apps usually show the money within 5 to 7 working days after we process the refund.

iPhone

Plus cannot be bought inside the iPhone app. If you bought Plus on Android or the website, it works on every phone you sign in on, and this policy applies to that purchase.
